ANV Insurance is seeking a US Tax Manager to build and scale our US tax function, supporting federal, state, and local tax compliance, ASC 740 accounting, and tax planning initiatives.

This hybrid role can be based in Orlando, FL or New York, NY, reporting to the VP, Head of Global Tax, with collaboration across Finance, Legal, and HR teams. The position requires 5+ years in tax and strong technical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Master's in Taxation (MST) preferred and CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public or corporate tax.

Aufgaben

• Manage the preparation and filing of U.S. federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Oversee quarterly estimated tax payments and extension filings.
• Coordinate with external tax service providers on compliance and reporting.
• Support ASC 740 income tax accounting and related calculations.
• Assist with acquisitions and tax-related integration activities.
• Develop and maintain tax compliance calendars and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, HR, and Operations leadership.
