JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lending Professional - Analyst for the U.S. Private Bank in New York, NY.

You will own day-to-day management of an existing loan portfolio, coordinate with Lending Advisors and Credit, and help originate, fund, and maintain facilities. Responsibilities include leading portfolio review meetings, managing deal execution with clients and third parties, and ensuring documentation reflects deal terms.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Wealth Management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of loan documentation and closing processes; CRE transaction coordination a plus.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable executing with limited supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and discretion handling highly confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong client relationship and sales management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve risk exceptions (e.g., covenant issues, delinquencies, missing legal documents) to protect portfolio health and profitability.
  • Navigate product-specific requirements across lending solutions (e.g., securities-based, private/restricted stock, CRE, life insurance, art, aircraft) through credit, risk, and legal processes.
  • Monitor portfolio health, address billing inquiries, and lead escalations with Client Service Groups on credit-related service issues.
  • Oversee loan document quality control with internal/external counsel to ensure documentation reflects deal terms.
  • Support business initiatives tied to regulatory, legal, and industry changes; ensure compliance with evolving requirements.
  • Analyze client financials for new loan requests and to resolve portfolio liquidity exceptions.
  • Coordinate renewals, modifications, and ongoing maintenance of credit facilities.
  • Support research requests and reporting needs in partnership with the Lending Advisor.

Job Description

Lending Professionals partner with clients to align credit needs with the bank’s lending solutions, taking a strategic, long-term approach that supports clients across market cycles.
