JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Investment Professional in the U.S. Private Bank to provide essential daily support to investors and maintain confidential client relationships.

You will coordinate with a team to manage trades, accounts and related processes in a fast-paced private banking environment. The role requires licenses (Series 7/66 and Insurance) or the plan to obtain them within 90 days, a Bachelor's degree, and 1+ year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required or pursued within 90 days.
• 1+ year of industry experience in finance or private banking.
• Strong follow-up, organization and accuracy essential.
• Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades for clients.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor risk metrics across the team with the Team Leader.
• Track client advisor loadings and workflow efficiency.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing accuracy.
• Manage Alternatives documents and client communications.

As an Investment Professional in the U.S. Private Bank, you will provide integral daily support to Investors in managing client relationships. Additionally, you will coordinate with a team of talented colleagues and other essential support groups, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, including: advising the client on trade execution, placing trades, reviewing brokerage trades - compare paper blotter to trade blotter daily, submitting cancel/corrects, making account updates
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts
• Monitor exceptions and work with Client Advisors to conduct 'what-if' scenario-based analysis.
• Work with Team Leader to monitor risk metrics across the team
• Work with Team Leader to monitor Client Advisor loadings
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing
• Manage Alternatives documents, including, submission, monitoring and working with clients to complete/correct

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• One plus years of industry related experience
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
