Job summary

J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate to foster and grow client relationships.

You will serve as the primary contact for service-related needs of a Private Banking client, working with advisors, product partners, and operations teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service on requests such as money movement, transfers and loans, while ensuring compliance with policies and FINRA regulations.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; must obtain within 90 days if unlicensed.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions (money movement, transfers, loans).
• Adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and FINRA regulations and protect client assets from fraud.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver and execute client transactions.
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions including escalated research requests
• Adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and procedures and FINRA regulations as well as protecting client assets against potential fraud activities
• Collaborate with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions
• Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required for the position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
