Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Warehouse Worker to operate forklifts, load/unload containers, and assist customers at our Bristol, PA facility. You will handle deliveries, inspect containers, and manage documentation for shipments and pickups.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Training is provided for forklift operation, and opportunities for education through U-Haul University are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to comply with local/state and federal vehicular regulations while driving.

Responsibilities

• Operate an 8,000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers onto and off truck beds for delivery to and from a storage facility.
• Ensure timely delivery and provide customer assistance including sale of support items and use of online dispatch and rental systems.
• Perform customer-ready inspections of U-Box containers prior to dispatch and upon return.
• Prepare, receive and provide documentation for delivery or pickup of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness, dryness and security of the warehouse storage facility.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
