U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Representative (Non-CDL) to support local delivery of U-Box containers. The role emphasizes friendly, courteous customer service and safety while handling storage units on local routes.

The position includes training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package. You must be 18+ with a clean driving record and be prepared for physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport containers to and from local destinations (home or business).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
