Job summary

Tyler Racquet Club in Tyler, Texas seeks a Junior Tennis Director to lead, develop, and operate all junior programs. The role focuses on creating a positive, structured pathway for players from beginners to advanced competitors while delivering excellent instruction and customer service.

You will design curricula, run clinics and camps, organize leagues and tournaments, supervise junior play, and collaborate with parents, members, and staff to maintain high standards and safety on court.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4.0 USTA rating.
• Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals and scoring.
• Effective, engaging teaching style.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tennis instruction for juniors.
• Design comprehensive junior programs across levels.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans emphasizing skill development.
• Organize clinics, camps, leagues, and tournaments.
• Supervise junior play, track attendance, and process fees.
• Maintain court conditions and equipment.
• Coordinate events and racquet service as needed.
