Job Purpose:- As an HVAC Service Tech at Sailor's Air & Plumbing, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems through installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:- Install and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.- Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent system failures.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating and cooling equipment.- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.- Provide excellent customer service and support during service calls.Required Education:- High School DiplomaRequired Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance- Proven track record of troubleshooting HVAC systems effectivelyRequired Skills and Abilities:- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
