Norton Healthcare invites you to apply for our Administrative Fellowship Program within System Services. This two-year program is designed for postgraduate students pursuing careers in healthcare administration and provides leadership exposure through high-impact projects and strategic planning.

Fellows participate in year-long rotations across Norton Healthcare System, including nine hospitals and a comprehensive employed medical group, with in-person interviews and a spring/summer 2027 start

Qualifications

• Must have completed or be enrolled in a Master degree program for fellowship eligibility.
• One year of experience in a business setting is required.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Engage in performance excellence projects and strategic planning.
• Rotate through system-wide departments with leadership exposure.
• Develop and execute a detailed leadership development plan.
• Attend executive meetings and contribute to high-impact projects.

Education

Master degree

Completion of Master Degree academic work and in a program that requires completion of a fellowship for degree conferral
