Job summary

Hytera America, Inc. is looking for a Service Technician in the Town of Florida, NY, to provide critical technical support and maintenance for two-way radio communication equipment. This role requires troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with RF communication systems.

You will work closely with the Service Manager and Sales team, ensuring that all equipment is configured and serviced properly. The ideal candidate should have an Associate degree or relevant certification and a willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electronic equipment, preferably with two-way radios.
• Basic understanding of RF principles, antennas, and communication systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for two-way radios and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair communication equipment.
• Manage customer support via phone and remote access.
