is open to candidates working in analytical chemistry, broadly defined. We seek individuals whose research advances the frontiers of measurement science and who will establish a vigorous, innovative, and internationally recognized independent research program.
is part of a university-wide Pharmacoengineering Initiative and is intended for candidates whose research focuses on bioanalytical and pharmaceutical measurement science. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, biosensors, diagnostics, microfluidics and lab-on-a-chip technologies, advanced separations, therapeutic monitoring, analytical characterization of biologics, single-cell analysis, and other innovative measurement approaches that advance pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, and translational medicine.
Successful candidates for both positions are expected to develop innovative research programs, secure external funding, mentor graduate and undergraduate students, provide outstanding instruction at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and contribute to the collaborative and interdisciplinary environment of the Department of Chemistry. We seek candidates who will advance our department's mission to educate future leaders, foster scientific discovery, and address important societal challenges through advances in chemical measurement science.
