Job summary

Feralloy seeks a proactive Multi-Site EHS Manager to oversee safety programs at two key locations, Charleston, SC and Spartanburg, SC. You will split time roughly 60% in Charleston and 40% in Spartanburg, serving as the main on-site safety contact for both facilities and engaging frontline employees to foster a culture of safety.

You will report to the Corporate Safety Team, leverage a third-party LMS for training, and drive hazard identification, audits, investigations, and continuous safety

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly safety meetings and daily toolbox talks.
• Investigate near-miss reports and implement corrective actions with senior management.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and ensure safety documentation is current.
• Coordinate internal and external safety audits and facility inspections.
• Deliver safety training and participate in annual OSHA compliance training.
