Primrose School of Mt. Juliet is seeking a Two's Teacher to nurture and guide our youngest learners in a warm, safe classroom.

You will plan play-based lessons, support social and emotional growth, communicate with families, and collaborate with a devoted team to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Candidates should have a high school diploma (Early Childhood Education degree preferred), experience with young children, and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
• Background check clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging classroom environment for two-year-olds.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
• Observe and assess children's development and learning.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations.
