Home Helpers Home Care in Illinois is hiring Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to help patients stay independent at home with compassionate, reliable care.

We offer competitive pay based on certifications and experience, flexible scheduling, daily-pay options, and a $250 sign-on bonus split over the first two paychecks for eligible employees who work at least 20 hours per week. Training is provided in-office to start your career with Home Helpers.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or CNA support is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
• Strong communication with patients and family members.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Provide meal preparation assistance and aid with eating as needed.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and skin care.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and medical supply pickups.
• Support patients with daily activities to promote independence.
• Be reliable, punctual, and present for assigned shifts.
