Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• TWIC (TSA) issued credential required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing varies by state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, contractors, and employees by performing access control procedures and following site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain access-related records.
• Direct authorized personnel and deliveries, report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents and access-related concerns calmly and according to procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
