Job Title

STEM Educator for School-Year Field Trips (Per Diem)

Overview

United Skates of America, with over 50 years of experience in recreation and entertainment facility management, is seeking a STEM Educator to join our team for a few hours a week, primarily Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM, for STEM roller skating field trips. No teaching degree is required, but a love for kids, some science knowledge, and an energetic personality are a must. This position is ideal for stay-at-home parents, educators on leave, college or graduate students pursuing an education degree, or substitute teaching staff seeking hands-on experience. The position is part-time, as needed, with mornings availability from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and present STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) lesson plans for students from kindergarten to high school.
• Conduct innovative, copyrighted STEM educational programs for groups ranging from 50 to 250 students, utilizing state-of-the-art audio and video technology.
