Job summary

Private Family in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Tutor/Nanny to support a 9-year-old. Responsibilities include tutoring aligned with 4th grade curriculum, meal preparation, and light post-meal cleanup. Reliable transportation and a non-smoker are required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–7:00 pm, about 20 hours weekly, with occasional changes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a calm, patient demeanor.

Family looking to hire a Tutor/Nanny for their 9-year-old son. The Tutor/Nanny will assist with tutoring, meal preparation, light cleaning after meals and transportation to afterschool activities. The ideal candidate is a non-smoker, has reliable transportation, and has a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to assist with providing tutoring assistance for current school curriculum
• Ability to develop additional learning programs appropriate for 4 th grade student level via the use of worksheets or other media
• Preparation of meals for child and cleaning after meals
• Transport child to and from school and afterschool activities as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented in spoke words and sentences
• Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others understand

Schedule

Monday – Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm every other week approximately 20 hours
