The Dr. Julia N. Visor Academic Center at Illinois State University is seeking a part-time tutor to support ACC 131/132 students. Tutors provide weekly small-group instruction, helping with foundational courses and study skills.
Responsibilities include tailoring help to individual student needs, communicating clearly, and possibly taking on additional tasks as assigned by graduate assistant supervisors and the Coordinator of Academic Support Services. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

The Dr. Julia N. The Visor Center does this through specialized communities, programs, and services including facilitated study groups, writing assistance, learning workshops, and developmental and transitional courses.

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.
