Grade Potential Tutoring is seeking part-time, in-person tutors in the La Jolla area to support students across subjects and grades. Tutors choose their students and engagements, traveling within a 5–10 mile radius and setting their own hours. Compensation ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, with an emphasis on flexible, independent work.

Ideal candidates are educators, teachers, recent graduates, or subject-matter experts who enjoy hands-on learning and local community connections in San Diego.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work physically within the United States.
• Background check conducted prior to meeting with any students.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
