This role requires attention to detail, ability to work safely at heights, and the stamina to handle a high-volume environment. Shift is 1st shift, Mon-Fri, with overtime as needed; hourly pay starts around $18.50.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a ring scanner and powered material handling equipment including order pickers or lifts.
• Willingness to train on operating a turret truck and work at heights up to 35 ft.
• Ability to read, count accurately, and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders according to order specifications.
• Operate a turret truck and other material handling equipment to retrieve and move inventory.
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
• Verify stock availability, replenish shelves, and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Repackage orders as needed to meet shipping and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory, picking, and production records.
• Follow all safety procedures when operating powered equipment and working at elevated heights.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support other warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed.
