Newell Brands is seeking a Turret Stock Picker Operator to safely operate high-reach turret trucks in a distribution center, picking and moving inventory with precision and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires working at elevated heights and following all safety rules, with overtime as needed. High school diploma or equivalent and forklift certification are expected, and basic forklift and inventory systems knowledge are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Operate a Turret Stock Picker (TSP) to retrieve and store products in high-bay racking systems.
• Pick orders accurately at various heights, often exceeding 30–40 feet.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory movements using warehouse systems.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (LM) to track inventory and complete tasks.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow safety procedures, including fall protection and harness use when required.
