Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Turret Operator in Savannah, GA. The role involves pulling routes, staging freight, loading/unloading trucks, and performing standard warehouse duties to ensure accurate and timely order completion.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, with RF scan gun proficiency and forklift/Pallet Jack operation. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and using banding/shrink wrap equipment.
• RF scan gun experience required.
• Previous forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and load/unload trucks.
• Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and material handling.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, including packaging and system transactions.
• Identify and document overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Follow detailed work instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain compliance with TSA, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
