Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, pull, and move whole pallets in a temperature-controlled environment. You will operate a Turret forklift, ensure accuracy of orders, and support freight handling while following safety standards. Regular 10-hour shifts are expected, with weekends possible.

You will also maintain equipment, monitor battery charging, and collaborate with teammates to keep the warehouse running efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfort with cold or hot storage environments and protective gear.
• Experience with forklift operations and safety protocols.
• High safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write the order number, receiver name, and quantity on pulled orders and pallets.
• Report bad tickets promptly to the supervisor.
• Pull all orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with freight and locate products after pulling orders.
• Report broken pallets to supervisor and perform forklift maintenance checks.
• Monitor and maintain battery charging for equipment and clean the charging stations.
• Operate alongside other material handling equipment and machinery.

Shift Schedule

10-hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Days off Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday

Pick, pull, and move whole pallets of products while operating a Turret machine while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Place materials to be staged and put away in a warehouse environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages and bins pulled
• Report bad tickets right away to the appropriate leader
• Pull all orders in a timely manner
• Once orders are pulled, help run freight and locate product
• Report broken pallets to supervisor
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs,; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
