Job summary

Lake Air Products is seeking a Turret Laser Combo Set up Operator for the 2nd shift in Vadnais Heights, MN. You will set up and operate turret, laser, and combo fabrication equipment to produce quality sheet metal parts per blueprints and specifications, using Amada equipment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years’ experience with turret punch press machines in metal fabrication; strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience operating/setting up turret punch press machines in metal fabrication.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify machine settings, tooling, and fixtures are correct for the part.
• Start and observe machine operation, adjust controls, and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform punching across a range of materials and shapes.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and document actions.
