Job summary

Agile Cold Storage in Claymont, DE is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations. The role requires operating a forklift (turret preferred), locating and stacking merchandise, and counting inventory with accuracy while following safety protocols.

You will work with the operations team, handle standard shifts Monday through Friday, and adapt to varying schedules and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a turret forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a cold, labor intensive and high up environment.
• Schedule and cross training flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring that all merchandise is properly labeled and stored.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
