Job summary

BOSCH is seeking a Turret Driver in West Memphis, AR, to safely load and unload freight at the dock and in the warehouse. You will operate forklifts and related equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires reliable attendance, proficiency with RF scanning and WMS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Forklift certification is preferred and on-the-job training is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or obtainable on hire.
• Proficient in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), especially walkie riders and turret trucks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance to support warehouse operations.
• Operate walkie riders and other equipment to transport, replenish, and put away materials.
• Load and unload materials at dock doors and keep dock/warehouse clean and organized.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify damages, shortages, and quality issues; notify leadership as needed.
• Use RF units and WMS to scan, track, and manage inventory; assist in receiving and shipping.
• Perform quality checks and ensure materials meet company standards; comply with safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
