Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Mobile Maintenance Frontline Supervisor for Turquoise Ridge operations in Nevada. You will lead safe maintenance activities for mobile equipment, supervise supervisors, and drive career development while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience, leadership ability, blueprints literacy, and a willingness to work a rotating night/day schedule. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Professional communication skills with all employee levels.
• Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
• Must perform essential job functions and safety standards.
• Team-based work skills and basic computer software proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate mine vehicles.
• Commitment to safe work culture with rotating night/day schedule.

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Mobile Maintenance Frontline Supervisor at our Turquoise Ridge operations. As part of the Underground Mobile Maintenance team, the successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance service activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to protect the employees and assets of the company

Responsibilities:

• Lead the safe execution of maintenance activities for various types of equipment (mobile)
• Support the objectives of mine maintenance with the Maintenance Superintendent
• Supervise the maintenance supervisors and planning of their career development
• Ensure that all maintenance service activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to protect the employees and assets of the company
• Participate in maintenance planning processes
• Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met
• Administer company policies and procedures
• Support operational objectives by minimizing risks and maximizing value. focusing on cost management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten (10) years of verifiable and related maintenance experience required
• Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Experience in a planned maintenance environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics required
• Professional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing required
• Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing others required
• Performance of the essential job functions required
• Team based work skills required
• Proficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), required
• Valid driver's license, required
• Commitment to developing and maintaining a safe work culture, required
• Able to drive manual transmission mine tractor and other company vehicles (vans and trucks), required
• The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
