TNT Crane & Rigging is seeking a skilled rigging assistant for on-site operations in Pampa, TX. You will support crane operators, perform rigging and signaling to ensure safe lifts, and help secure equipment to trailers while adhering to safety and environmental policies.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, documenting inspections, and reporting defects to supervisors. A current NCCER Advanced Level II Rigger Certification and a TWIC card are required.

Qualifikationen

• Current NCCER Advanced Level II Rigger Certification required.
• At least 5 years of rigging experience.
• TWIC Card is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist crane operator in proper equipment setup.
• Assist in maintenance of crane and accessory equipment (pickup trucks, haul trucks, trailers, etc.).
• Understand and perform proper rigging techniques for safe lifting.
• Use proper hand signals during crane operations.
• Secure equipment to the trailer before operating the truck.
• Inspect truck and trailer and file inspection reports before operation.
• Report mechanical defects in writing to supervisor or shop.

Job Details: Job Location: Pampa - Pampa, TX, Position Type: Turnaround, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Summary: Assists the crane operator on job tasks during the operation of the crane and provides rigging operation and hand signals to ensure safe lifting of the load. Follows all State and Federal laws while operating a motor vehicle. Obeys all safety and environmental policies while performing work on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Assists the crane operator in the proper set-up of the equipment.
• Assists the crane operator in the maintenance of the crane and accessory equipment. (i.e. pickup trucks, haul trucks, trailers, etc.)
• Understands and can perform proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of the load.
• Utilizes proper hand signals during all operations of the crane.
• Properly secures equipment to the trailer before operating truck.
• Inspects truck and trailer and fills out truck inspection report before operating the vehicle. Turns in
• Inspection report to the proper supervisor.
• Reports mechanical defects in writing on the truck and/or trailers to the shop technician or a supervisor.
