Job summary

Butterball in Arkansas is seeking a production teammate to perform manual, repetitive tasks across processing, cutting, and packaging of turkey products. You will help uphold safety, quality, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include operating tools or equipment, rotating through processing lines, and monitoring for equipment malfunctions while adhering to GMP and HACCP procedures.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or related preferred.
• Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role.

Responsibilities

• Perform varying manual, repetitive tasks to process meat from the turkeys.
• Ensure product safety and product defense in the plant.
• Follows all GMP and HACCP procedures that relate to product safety with the facility.
• Supports all Food Safety initiatives.
• Some tasks are performed using tools or equipment, while others are completed manually.
• Monitor equipment operation and promptly notify appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Rotate through various functions within the processing department as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned
