DeLea Sod Farms, with operations along New Jersey and Long Island, NY, seeks hands-on staff to manage daily turf production tasks. The role covers planting, mowing, fertilizing, irrigation and harvesting, along with operating and maintaining farm equipment.

You will monitor turf health and soil conditions, keep inventory and production records, and coordinate harvests with sales teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in sod production is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical skills are a plus.
• Turfgrass, Agronomy, or Ag-related education preferred (but not required).
