Turf Equipment Operator - Golf Course Maintenance

Join us as a Turf Equipment Operator - Golf Course Maintenance at ClubLink.

Location: Sun City Center, Florida

We are seeking full-time or part-time grounds workers to operate equipment and perform general golf course maintenance. We offer competitive wages based on experience and a willingness to learn. Preference is given to candidates with spray tech, irrigation repair, and drainage experience. Availability on weekends and holidays and the ability to work in various weather conditions are required. We value individuals with a positive attitude and reliability.

Positions available immediately: Full-time & Part-time

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience and skillset

Benefits after 90 days include Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Sick Pay, and Vacation Pay.

Experience Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum of one year of experience working on a golf course or landscaping crew

Must be able to:

• Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as greens mowers, fairway units, tractors, etc.
• Care for property through mulching, weeding, and trimming
• Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge trimmers
• Gather and remove debris
• Perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently
• Work in outdoor environments with exposure to heat, rain, wind, and cold

Physical Factors

• Able to stand and walk for up to five hours without sitting
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
