Job summary

Genesis Distribution is seeking an Account Manager (Spray Technician Licensed) to oversee turf maintenance programs and manage client relationships. The role combines customer service, technical knowledge, and operations coordination to deliver high-quality field services.

You will develop customized turf maintenance plans, supervise field staff, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in turf management, landscaping, or sports field maintenance.
• Strong turfgrass health, chemical application knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Develop, implement, and manage customized turf maintenance and treatment plans.
• Schedule and coordinate services, ensuring timely completion of work.
• Conduct site inspections to assess turf health and propose solutions.
• Ensure all applications comply with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise and support field staff, including Spray Technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of services, treatments, and client communications.
• Provide expert guidance on turf health, pest control, fertilization, and disease management.
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and account growth opportunities.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
