Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking an Engine Technical Representative to serve as the primary technical advisor on engine and related systems, supporting internal and external customers with technical services, troubleshooting, and pre-delivery training. Delivers on-the-job training for technicians and educates customers.
Writes technical briefs and supports engineering with data for quotes and projects.
Identifies tooling and equipment needs to improve efficiency and quality.
Maintains OEM relationships and promotes Duncan Aviation services.

Responsibilities

Provide technical advice for engine installations and system operations.
Coordinate with project managers and manufacturers on work authorizations and warranty issues.
Deliver engine systems OJT and customer familiarization training.
Assist sales with quotes and proposals using technical guidance.
Develop and maintain relationships with OEM technical representatives.
