Job summary

Allied Universal in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Observation). You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while providing excellent customer service to personnel and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, background check and drug screening as applicable, with shifts that include mornings and weekends. A valid driver’s license is needed for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required; valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of refinery buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations; report unusual conditions and hazards.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify site contacts and emergency responders as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities; deter unauthorized access with professional presence.
