Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties and CNA duties under RN/LPN direction in ICU.
• Receives patients at the desk, escorts to rooms, and orients patients with initial instructions.
• Obtains vital signs and assists with patient transport and discharge procedures.
• Orders and monitors use of unit supplies and assists in stocking and keeping nursing stations organized.
