Job summary

Taco Time NW is hiring a Tukwila Shift Leader to supervise and guide team members on the Tukwila-International Blvd location. You will oversee training, task assignment, and daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service and dining experiences.

The role offers competitive wages ($23.50–$25.75 hourly), incentive bonus potential up to $800, benefits including medical/dental, 401k, and education assistance, plus paid time off and opportunities for advancement within Taco Time NW.

Qualifications

• Three to six months of practical experience in a corporate owned restaurant.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong commitment to quality customer service with ability to work with a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills; listen to guests and team members.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve quality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and solve problems.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Issues instructions; prioritize and organize workflow.
• Assigns duties and reviews work for completeness and policy compliance.
• Reconciles daily receipts and records drops and banks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Directs, coordinates, and participates in preparation of, and cooking, assembling or packaging of food served or prepared by crew members.
• Issues written and oral instructions, establishing priorities and sequences to expedite workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for completeness, efficiency, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Reconciles daily receipts using cash control sheet and daily sales log, records drops and banks daily.
• Ability to demonstrate complete understanding of our menu.
• Assist with serving orders while tending to our guests needs.
• Coaches others through the enforcement of all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Communicates performance issues to assistant general manager and general manager.
• Creates and executes shift goals and enforces policies during shift.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Highest commitment to quality customer service with the ability to work with a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, and have the ability to listen attentively to guests and team members.
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, always looks for ways to improve and promote quality.Ability to work with minimal supervision, accomplish tasks without instruction and at times problem solve for the best solution
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to frequently move and/or lift product, containers etc from 10 to 50 pounds
