Job summary

The Corps Network is seeking a Spring Tucson Crew Leader to mentor a crew on conservation projects in Tucson, AZ. The position runs from January 6, 2026, through May 26, 2026, with weekly wages of $925–$1,125 depending on experience and certifications.

Housing is not provided and meals are included in the field. You will supervise crew activities, coordinate training, manage timesheets and budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across field operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold current advanced medical certification (Wilderness First Responder with CPR/AED) or be willing to certify before start date.
• Ability to effectively manage crew life, budget, and program administration.
• Ability to work long days in outdoor, field-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Mentor assistant crew leader and other crew leaders; provide feedback and opportunities for growth.
• Deliver skills training on worksites and lead informal lessons for crew development.
• Promote crew member development and a safe, cohesive team culture.
• Follow policies, maintain professional boundaries, and foster a substance-free environment.
