Neotiss | Morristown, TN is seeking dependable Production Associates to join its leading manufacturer of high-performance titanium and aluminum tubing. You will handle tubes through the production process, monitor quality, and help identify defects before products move to the next stage.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and comfort working around lubricants and testing equipment. Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 7 p.m.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working around lubricants and testing equipment.
• Have previous metalizing work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform thinning and reduction processes on titanium and aluminum tubes
• Dip tubes into lubricants as part of the manufacturing process
• Conduct hydrostatic (hydro) testing on finished tubes
• Inspect tubes for initial leaks, defects, or quality concerns
• Accurately document test results and production information
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
