Job summary

PTC in Liberty, TX is seeking a General Laborer to support tubing production. The role involves hands-on manual labor, moving pipe, loading materials, and assisting with line operations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and is comfortable with basic math, reading instructions, and safety procedures. OT availability and good attendance are valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years’ experience in pipe and tube manufacturing preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read instructions, perform basic math, and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of manual labor to support department needs.
• Assist with movement of pipe, application of thread compound and protectors, loading and offloading material.
• Monitor control panels and automated movement of pipe; rack/in-rack material.
• Mark pipe with status codes; keep work area clean and organized.
• Load and unload materials from pallets; record goods moved or unpacked.
