Job summary

Zeus Industrial Products is seeking an Expansion Operator at our South Carolina facility to expand, cut, inspect, bag, and tag tubing. You will spooling input, bending and preparing orders for shipment, while adhering to safety rules and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

The role requires the ability to perform visual inspections for defects, lift up to 40 pounds, and accurately complete worksheet data. Prior manufacturing experience and a proactive safety mindset are important to success.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform visual inspection to detect defects and color differentiation.
• Must follow safety equipment and rules in the area.
• Standing for long periods with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Accurate documentation and worksheet data entry.

Responsibilities

• Spooling input onto heat shrink spools.
• Some coiling of input and clamping, taping, cutting and inspecting tubing.
• Bagging, tagging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipping.
• Packing heat shrink dies and setting up equipment to meet specs.
• Maintain accurate records and a clean, safe workplace.
• Observe safety rules and perform occasional utility work.
• Prepare dual shrink tubing as needed.
