Job summary

Trinity Employment is hiring a Tube Roller B for the 2nd shift in the Catoosa area near Tulsa. The role involves rolling, stabbing, assembling, and hydrostatically testing tubes and sections used in heat exchanger manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience with emphasis on heat exchanger or tube manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with hydrostatic testing and assembling tubes/sections.
• Crane/manlift certification preferred or obtainable.
• Strong attention to detail, safety and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Roll and stab tubes into sections according to specifications.
• Assemble tube and section components for proper fit and function.
• Perform hydrostatic testing according to established procedures.
• Document hydrostatic testing results and assembly information on travelers.
• Operate cranes and equipment to move tubes and components safely.
• Inspect completed work for defects and proper assembly.
• Follow JSAs, instructions, PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area and support basic equipment maintenance.
• Work efficiently to meet production and quality requirements.
