Job summary

Lou-Rich Inc. is seeking a skilled Tube Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team in Minnesota. You will set up and operate laser cutting equipment to shape metal tubes, confirm precision against blueprints, and support quality control to ensure parts meet our standards.

Work with engineering to review specifications, maintain equipment, and follow safety procedures to sustain efficient, accurate production. Prior tube laser experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• 1–2 years experience in construction of laser devices.
• Ability to accurately read drawings and specifications.
• Experience operating machinery or working with metal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining the tube laser-cutting machines.
• Fabricating high-quality parts by setting up, loading/unloading, producing and packaging laser-cut tube steel parts.
• Cutting a wide variety of customer parts in various sizes, shapes and metal thickness.
• Ensuring finished parts meet Lou-Rich standards.
• Working with a high degree of efficiency, skill, and quality to help keep customer costs reasonable.
