Superior Staffing is seeking a Tube Bender Machine Operator for our Melrose Park location. The role involves operating CNC and/or manual tube-bending machines to produce high-quality bent tubing components, ensuring parts meet blueprint specifications and safety standards.

The position requires setting up machines, reading blueprints, and maintaining tooling during shifts. Training periods may be required, with flexibility on first shift hours and readiness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tube-bending machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, tape measures, and other precision tools.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve proper bend angles and dimensions.
• Load and unload metal tubing and raw materials.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or quality issues.
• Record production data and inspection results.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Work with supervisors and quality personnel to maintain production standards.

The hourly rate depends on experience and qualifications, but it can be between $23.00 - $26.00 for the right candidate. This role is based at 3030 Hirsch; 1stshift but will need to be flexible with training period.

Job Title: Tube Bender Machine Operator

Job Summary:
The Tube Bender Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC and/or manual tube-bending machines to produce high-quality bent tubing components. The operator ensures parts meet blueprint specifications, maintains equipment, and follows all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tube-bending machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
