Job summary

Thru Tubing Solutions seeks a professional to identify, design, develop, and implement AI-enabled technology solutions to meet business requirements through team and individual efforts. The role combines software engineering, artificial intelligence, data integration, automation, and business-process understanding.

You will meet with business users to understand workflows, problems, bottlenecks, and opportunities, design AI and automation initiatives, develop and test software solutions, and

• Proven ability to design and implement AI-enabled software solutions.
• Experience turning business requirements into automated software workflows.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to identify value opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business users to understand workflows, problems, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Identify processes that could benefit from AI, automation, software development, or improved data access.
• Research, design, develop, implement and manage software solutions
• Testing and evaluating new programs.
• Develop software and automation around repetitive or manual business processes.
• Develop AI agents and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate.
• Identify all cost involved in the life cycle of software solutions.
• Working closely with IT program managers to understand enterprise architecture.
• Participates in the analysis and composition of requirements.
• Develop and test quality assurance procedures.
• Evaluate AI technologies and determine whether they actually provide business value.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify improvements and environments of software solutions.
• Will be required to go to field locations to support operations.
• Adheres to RPC policies and procedures.
• Adheres to both industry and company safety policies.
