Job summary

Pinson TM Limited in the UK is recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives. You will join one of our leading traffic management clients and work with direct labour and sub-contract teams to meet targets and deadlines.

Duties include setting up temporary traffic lights, managing traffic flow, reading CAD traffic management drawings, reporting to the site or operations manager, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act and RAMS.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales
• Setting up traffic lights
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times

What we are looking for:

We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

Scope of Role:

Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
