We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to manage and oversee daily benefits operations. This role will involve administering employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life status changes, COBRA, disability claims, and 401(k) support. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate benefits data, and provide exceptional support to employees regarding plan changes and eligibility. Responsibilities also include processing leave-of-absence requests, coordinating benefits communication materials, and performing audits to ensure data integrity. Experience with various benefits offerings, a solid understanding of applicable laws, and proficiency in HRIS systems is essential for success in this position.
