Continental is seeking an Engineering Supervisor of Quality Management to ensure robust Quality Control plans and compliance with Central PoMs and IATF across designated areas. You will lead quality analysis, supervise technicians, and support root-cause investigations while coordinating with plants and central teams.
The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and driving corrective actions through core quality tools. Extensive travel and a strong quality background are required.
The TT Engineering Supervisor Quality Management will:
Ensure that Quality Control plan is in place and effective for assigned area(s) and that work instructions are accurate and in compliance with Central PoMs and IATF. Ensure Plant compliance to Corporate Quality standards and Strategic Quality Objectives. Provide support to assigned area management team, sister plants, Central and local requests. Lead in data analysis and provide support for root cause evaluation. Supervise Quality Technicians.
THE PERKS
The starting annual salary for this role is $99,527 a year.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Quality Engineering preferred
5+ years QA experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred
