Job summary

East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU) is seeking a Technical Officer to design and develop technical surveillance systems and ensure their effective operation and deployment.

This role involves working closely with colleagues in the Regional Organised Crime Unit to gather intelligence and evidence against the most serious crimes affecting our communities, with sites in Leicestershire and Derbyshire.

As a Technical Officer for the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU), you will design and develop technical surveillance systems and ensure their effective operation and deployment.

This role will be based at Tigers Road in Leicestershire, with further opportunities upcoming based at Ripley in Derbyshire. If this role sparks your interest and you can work from either of these locations, we’d love for you to apply.

You will normally be appointed at the bottom of the scale £39,276 - £54,696.
