Job summary

Insight Global in Dayton, OH is seeking a TS/SCI DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure cloud-based container platforms that support mission-critical applications. You will automate deployments, testing, monitoring, and release processes using DevOps and DevSecOps best practices while troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues to improve system reliability and performance.

The engineer will work onsite three days per week and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of DevOps experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps environments.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Background with enterprise cloud technologies and cloud-native applications.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized solutions.

Responsibilities

They will automate software deployments, testing, monitoring, and release processes using DevOps and DevSecOps best practices while troubleshooting and resolving CI/CD pipeline issues to improve system reliability and performance. The engineer will work closely with software development teams to implement cloud-native solutions and support applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring container environments remain secure, compliant, and scalable. This position requires working onsite three days per week and maintaining an active TS/SCI security clearance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelors Degree or 8+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of DevOps or DevSecOps experience in automated software delivery environments.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud technologies and container platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins).
• Strong background in automation and software delivery processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across cloud-based environments and supporting tools.
