Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12-15 years of relevant professional experience, OR a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience ingesting, transforming, and integrating data from multiple systems.
• Strong hands-on experience building dashboards / COPs from complex datasets.
• Experience working with tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical/data visualization solutions and brief senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams; Direct experience with Palantir Foundry / Maven Smart Systems or similar platforms.
• Strong client-facing and leadership communication skills (briefing senior military leadership).
• Experience with advanced dashboarding/analytics tools (Kibana, Splunk, Tableau, etc.).
• Relevant certifications (IAT Level II, Agile certs, ITIL, or data analytics/dashboard tools).

Responsibilities

• Ingest, transform, and integrate data from multiple enterprise sources into dashboards and COPs.
• Build dashboards/COPs from complex datasets for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to modernize and enhance visualization capabilities.
• Brief senior stakeholders and military leadership on data-driven insights.
• Work with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to support data integration.

Job Description

An employer is looking for a TSSCI Data Visualization SME to sit at Fort Meade. This role focuses on ingesting and transforming data from multiple enterprise sources (e.g., SharePoint, ITSM systems, etc) into actionable dashboards and Common Operational Pictures (COPs) that support real-time decision-making across Combatant Commands. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between operations and technology by translating mission requirements into data-driven visualizations while collaborating in an Agile environment to continuously modernize and enhance dashboard capabilities.

Compensation:

$80/hr to $88/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
